Allison Marquez
Allison Marquez is a Visalia native that has called many different places “Home” over the last eight years. Allison grew up in Visalia, and graduated from Golden West high school, where she fostered her love for singing and dancing. She attended Chapman University in Orange County and studied under Dr. Kristina Driskill where she received her Bachelors of Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. She studied the classical technique as her speciality, however, she also focused on being a versatile singer and kept up with various styles such as musical theater, pop, R&B, and jazz. During her time in Orange County, Allison taught private voice and piano lessons at Orange County Music Academy. Upon graduating in 2015, she booked her first professional job as an actress with Universal Studios Japan as a face character. After performing for a year in Japan, Allison returned to the audition room and landed a Production Vocalist position with Celebrity Cruise Lines. Allison is passionate about sharing her experiences with students of all ages. Her goal is to ignite the same desire and drive in students from the Central Valley that was ignited in her over 18 years ago. She also hopes to create a safe and positive environment where students can explore their creativity and hone their skill set.
